- Questionnaires Advantages: its more private as it enables you to do it by yourself and it gives you a vast majority of info
- Surveys Advantages: you don' have to write it yourself you only have to answer the questions.
- Focus groups Advantages: You can see what everyone thinks because you can all share opinions.

- Disadvantages: after youve finished a meeting you need to come back to decide on a solution.
